We offer free shipping on every InstaSmooth order within the U.S. — no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Subscription Shipments

Monthly refill orders ship automatically on your billing date using the shipping address on file. Please make sure your address is up to date by contacting us before your next billing cycle if it changes.
