How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] or call 707-981-9810 and let us know you'd like a refund. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can look up your order quickly.

Refund requests can be made within 30 days of your purchase date.

Processing

Once your refund request is confirmed, we'll process it back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your monthly refill subscription at any time by contacting us before your next billing date. Canceling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund past shipments — request a refund for a specific shipment using the process above.
